Julie O’Shea, Founder
That’s me!
So many names: Wonder Woman; Jules; Darling; Mum; Mormor; Whoof; meow; cluck and neigh to name just a few! We won’t go into the other less endearing names like ‘sledgehammer’ just yet. That’ will come when you get to know me a little better and need a kick start in a positive direction!
With 30 years of customer service, management, Director/Board and Franchise Sector experience behind me and a background in natural therapies, I’ve got a toolbox (i.e. my brain!) overflowing with passion, care and a talent to see all the angles of a challenge when it comes to People, Productivity, Profits. Combined with an inexhaustible curiousity for doing things better, I’ve got some insights to share on mindful leadership and being your best self.
Bringing more inside out smiles to the world is serious business! I am living my dream and enjoy sharing the love of ‘life is great’ with anyone willing to connect with me.
JADE, Editor in Chief
I’m the Editor in Chief and I am constantly fixing Julie’s wordsmithing! She gets in my way sometimes, as she dawdles over this and that, stroking my back and purring back to me, but I’m the yin in her yang, the one who reminds her that she can’t do this alone!
I am in love with words, especially when I see them being typed across the screen. I just want to eat them all up!
Words are my catnip, my resplendent reverie when life throws you fur balls (yeah, I’m showing off).
NAHLA, Head of Security
I understand the importance of this work and how focus and quiet is needed when you are delivering such an important support service to our customers. This is why Julie has appointed me Head of Security. I have an uncanny knack for detecting unwanted visitors minutes before they arrive. It may be our Editor in Chief as she gets a little too big for her litter box. It may be our complaints department because clucking complaints are so draining, right? It could be a visitor who has not filed their security password with me (FYI – password is ‘whoof, pant, lick). To do this work, you have to be mesmerisingly adorable, have the ability to hold focussed eye contact until the other person blinks to establish your dominant Alpha position.
MONTY, Postage & Handling Boss
I know how to get from A to B in the quickest time possible. It’s this innate talent passed down through my bloodlines that has secured me as Postage & Handling Manager for this business. Delivering on time is an underestimated talent, as is looking as good as I do, while contemplating the deliveries I’ll be making today but let’s not get caught up in my stunning good looks and regal nature. I work alone as Head of Security will no doubt tell you. It suits me this way. If you had only hooves to seal parcels you would like a bit of privacy too! Licking stamps is my speciality, though getting them off my tongue and onto the envelope, well that’s another stable story! Tell complaints department if you don’t like the overlicked stamps or hoof prints on your delivery. See if I care!
HENS, Complaints Department
Everyone needs to be heard. We know this. For half our lives, until we landed these prime jobs with Julie, we were not listened to or cared for. We know what bad customer service is all about. We will listen to you. We will acknowledge your feelings as real with supportive and appropriate cluck clucks. We want you to know however that there is a hen pecking order to how we will accommodate your complaints. If you’ve just had a bad day, we’ll invite you to work at our previous employment (battery farm) for just an hour. You’ll get over your complaint very quickly! If, however, your complaint is leaving you debeaked, featherless or lonely, we will put you to the top of our priority list and give you all the straw, mash, dust bathing and sunshine you could want for.

Hey there! I’m Josh, and I love all things tech. I’m the monkey (*cough* wizard *cough*) behind the scenes that gets paid in caffeine to handle all that techy stuff. Need some designing done? A new feature? No problem. I handle the website related stuff and make sure the cogs are greased ready for Julie to take on the day (or she’ll drop a sledgehammer on my head – she didn’t get that name for nothing!).
